Everything was perfect. And I mean that. The loan butler made the application and documentation process very easy and fast. The communication with Doug and Lorissa was fast and friendly and exceeded my expectations, which my husband will tell you doesn’t happen often. We got a clear to close in 7 days. That’s unheard of!! My husband is a realtor and uses Ruoff for most of his transactions and now I see why. I have heard horror stories about people using their bank or credit union, or they use other mortgage companies, and then they don’t get their clear to close in time. Why risk it? Why not use Ruoff and KNOW you are going to be taken care of? We got the final approval for a 10 year loan in 7 days... what, like getting a mortgage approval is hard? We were very pleased with the process and I would recommend Doug and Ruoff to anyone. You guys know what you are doing.
