gene was absolutely wonderful. in situations like purchasing a house, there is a lot going on. Gene was really good at keeping me informed and requesting documents but didnt blow up my phone like some have done in the past. He was great with communicating any way that I wanted to , text email or phone.

We had a scare that the sellers were going to back out at 9:30pm the night beforethe before the closing and I called Gene and he answered and walked us through what to do! We closed the next day! He don't have to ans the phone call but he did! I will forever use Gene at Ruoff!
