The career in the mortgage business began for Greg Thomas in February of 2005 and started in banking with then Standard Federal and now 1st Source in 1999.

Since ’05 Greg has worked on several types of loans including conventional, VA, FHA, & USDA all in the business. In recent years, Greg has dealt with and grew from the experiences while working through a housing bubble. The lending world got flipped upside down and like many other Greg was right in the trenches learning and evolving with the business. In the summer of ’09, Greg moved his business to partner with Ruoff Home Mortgage. Ruoff has been providing home loans to the people of Indiana since 1984 and this celebrates their 27th year!

Greg also likes staying active with golf, exercise and chasing his kids.
