Warsaw, Indiana Mayor Ernest Wiggins attends Ruoff Home Mortgage's Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting Ceremony.  The rainy, unseasonably cold weather didn't dampen the enthusiasm as Ruoff Home Mortgage branch manager Brenda Rash ceremonial cut the ribbon and started a new chapter for Ruoff Home Mortgage in the Kosciusko County real estate market.  Previiously located on Center St. in Warsaw, the new branch office is located in the Fifteen Commons strip center on S.R. 15.  With an origination staff of 6 loan officers, the new facility will greatly enhance Ruoff Home Mortgage's precence in the space.
