Tracy began her career with Ruoff Home Mortgage as a loan processor. This experience served her well when in 2004, she was presented with the opportunity to originate home loans. In a few short years, Tracy was elevated to Senior Loan Originator. Tracy is a highly motivated, results driven person who places a strong emphasis on providing high level client service.

Tracy enjoys serving on the board for the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne as well as being an active member of the organization.  She is highly involved in her children’s school activities at both Bishop Dwenger and Purdue University. 

Customer service is very important to Tracy and she makes her clients well aware of that fact. She will work around her client’s schedules by meeting on evenings and weekends, whichever is more convenient. Tracy lets all of her clients know that they can call her anytime, day or night, she is always available.
