My name is Yolanda Dach, I am a Licensed Mortgage Professional doing business in Northern Indiana. I have been in the Real Estate/Mortgage Industry since 1996, and therefore have a vast knowledge to help make the mortgage process easy and stress free for my customers. In those many years, I have had lots of hands-on experience including processing and closing loans. The experience I have from being a loan processor is huge. It has allowed me to gain the knowledge that I need in order to make sure my customers get the exact loan that meets their needs.

I am very well-versed on the different loan programs and guidelines so it is easy for you to trust me! My primary source for new loans comes from my prior customers, so that tells you that I must be doing something right! I treat others the way I want to be treated and that alone has gotten me to where I am today. I whole heartedly believe in the Golden Rule, but I also have another saying that fits me which is, "There is never a traffic jam on the extra mile." I will go that extra mile for each and every customer!

My success is not only measured by my work at Ruoff Home Mortgage but also by my family life. I have a wonderful daughter, Vanessa who is everything to me! I am a very hands-on mother which means I am constantly volunteering for different things at her school. I enjoy being around the children as much as I can.
