From start to finish it was a smooth and easy experience! Our loan officer was very responsive and helped thoroughly explain the processes. As a first time home buyer he made us feel very comfortable in our decision. He recommended great realtors, home owner insurance company's and even a great home security deal. The loan process was easy and extremely quick! Couldn't recommend Ruoff or AJ enough!!
