I cannot say enough good things about Amy. I was connected to Amy through my realtor in February, I did not purchase a home until July 23rd. For four months, Amy was responsive, attenitive, patient, kind and understanding. I went through 3 realtors, paying down debt and shopping above my budget. Through it all Amy was always gracious with her feedback and swift to respond to my never ending questions. I have a lot going on in my work-life balance so I was often too busy to really read things through all the time like I should have. There were times when she would have to send information and explain something to me via text, email and over the phone and she never showed any sign of beeing irritated, annoyed or inpatient. Even at my closing I was still asking her questions and she continued to be a beacon of knowledge. I appreciate Amy more than I can say. In reality my debt was never a priority for me and with her gentle push I was able to get rid of some debt that I had been putting off for years in just a few months. As a POC I have heard many of my peers have poor experiences with their loan officer. With Amy I was me, nothing else impacted her work with me. Amy was beyond Excellent, she set the tone and standard for me on what to expect from a loan officer. If I ever find myself in the position to buy another home, she will be my first and only call.
