Amy and Tamia were an absolute dream to work with! As first time home buyers, they explained everything thoroughly and answered every question we had. They were in constant communication and always kept us updated on the process. They were incredibly kind when it came to working around my schedule, as I was doing this alone with an 8 month old while my husband was at training. Our closing costs were not as quoted....they were even better! Our cash to close went from around $7500 down to $4200, which was a pleasant surprise to say the least. However, Amy did make it a point to heavy hand the quotes, in anticipation of the final numbers being less, which gave us the oppurtunity to prepare a larger sum of money if needed. We couldn't have asked for a better team for our first experience. I'd absolutely recommend (and certainly plan to) Ruoff Mortgage to anyone buying a home in the area!

I have had the pleasure of working with Ms. Amy not once, but twice on two different homes. I knew the second I found out she was licensed in another state that I would be using her. From the first encounter years ago, to our current day, she has never wavered on her impeccable service. She has always made the process so easy, almost too easy some times lol. I have so much respect, and appreciation for her. My only negative is that I can’t take her everywhere I go in the future.
