Well I’m a first time home buyer, so I don’t have much personal experience in buying a home, but I was pleased by how quickly and smoothly everything seemed to move forward. There was no waiting or surprises. Angie and the team at Ruoff were on top of things and kept the ball rolling from start to finish. Angie went above and beyond my expectations. She even came to me at my place of work for some needed signatures, because I was to busy and didn’t have access to a printer at the time.
