We really enjoyed working with Angie Robbins. She did an amazing job navigating us through all of our options and remaining present while we worked through what we wanted. She led us through buying a house purposefully and gracefully extinguished any concerns that arose. My husband and I wanted to have all the information we could before deciding what loan and down payment we were going to go with and Angie kept us informed through every process. Angie really helped us get where we wanted to be by providing us with steps we could take to improve credit and get closer to our ideal loan. I was impressed with how well she could answer my various questions regarding all different things. Angie was amazing and her whole team.... sadly... due to complications on the buyers of our house we have still not consumated our new home purchase..... that will not be done until monday/tuesday next week...!!! Definitely no fault of Ruoff... 100% on our buyers playing games.!!!!
