Other mortgage companies put a lot of energy into self promotion. All of the people I dealt with at Ruoff didn't waste my time on that. Instead they exuded a calm competence. Nothing to prove - just trying to help me with the information I needed quickly. I was especially impressed with Brittany Adam. For about a week there, we were on the phone multiple times a day. She was always clear and accurate. When she didn't have an answer, she didn't pretend to. She said she'd find out and call me back. Which she did... quickly. Brittany was also warm and personable.
