My goal is simple. To give my clients the kind of mortgage experience I would want for myself. That means providing excellent communication, writing rock solid pre-approvals, and closing on time. I answer my phone during the day, through the night, and even on weekends because the mortgage industry is not a 9-5 process. The biggest purchase of a person's life should be an experience, not a transaction!
It should be an experience that educates, delights, and ends with the dream of homeownership.

I gave Chris a text saying we were interested in buying a home and he called me the same day and explained the entire process. Our application and pre-approval was ready within 48 hours. Chris was always extremely friendly and responed almost immidetaily to any concern we ever had. I had a great expierence with Chris and Ruoff and would recommend them to anyone!

My loan process couldn't have been more smooth. I think this was a direct reflection of Chris' responsivness and knowledge . I ended up closing 2 weeks ahead of schedule. I would definitely recommend Ruoff and specifically Chris to my friends and family! Also the Ruoff Loan Butler site was wonderful to have as well.

Chris cannon was incredible! It was our first time buying a home so everything was chaotic. We were nervous and lots of emotions and he made everything go smoothly and easily anytime. We had an issue about documents to provide. He called and worked us through it. He did probably the best job. I think any loan officer could've done. I am incredibly impressed and I will forever. Use him to get my loans when I want to buy another house. This is probably the most exceptional service I've ever gotten. You can't get service like this from like a bank or anything. This was fantastic.
