As Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer, my primary responsibility at Ruoff Mortgage is to build a knowledgeable, talented and elite team of loan originators who stand head and shoulders above their competition. I do this in part by keeping my boots on the ground as a producing sales employee at our Fort Wayne, Ind. headquarters, assisting customers daily in finding the perfect mortgage product amongst the wide spectrum of offerings Ruoff Mortgage has available.
