From the start of the process, Cyndi was amazing to work with! She handled the pre-approval process with ease & was always available to talk when we wanted to see what different numbers would look like. We must have asked her run at least 10 different scenarios, and she always did so quickly, kindly, & with such patience. All of our questions were answered in a timely manner throughout the entire process. Our previous house buying experience with a different lender several years ago was a nightmare and I was honestly dreading doing it again. But I'm just shocked at how easy everything was with Cyndi! She made the whole process a breeze & we will gladly use her again in the future. 15/10 stars to Cyndi!

Cyndi went out of her way to keep me from a situation where I’d have to pay rent and the mortgage in the same month. And on the same day As I didn’t realize the apartment complex required a 2 month notice to move out. In that regard I feel she went above and beyond. She was also quick to answer questions I had along the way. Will 100% recommend her if someone starts looking for a house!
