I can't narrow it down to a single thing. So I will list two things: 1. Communication - Communication was easy to understand and done so in a timely manner. 2. Timeline - My seller demanded a shorter than normal close and the Ruoff Mortgage Team kept their promise of meeting this demand.

Dave and his team are outstanding. Honest, straight to the point, and very kind. No technical jargon. Just plain English so as to keep us all on the same page. Second mortgage with Dave….. if there’s a third he will get a call.

They kept me on track with what I needed to do throughout the process.
