I can't stress enough how wonderful and of course stressful the process was but in a good way. Ruoff was amazing from start to finish. The stressful part was coming into the unknown and not realizing how much we did not know. Thanks to Del and his team we are now completely informed of the process. They are very helpful and push you to get things done. We closed 2 weeks early due to the non-stop service they provided. They worked so closely with our agent Coldwell Banker- Chloe I cannot even describe how amazing she was. They are extremely amazing and patient with us first time home buyers. Del and Jimmy were extremely kind hearted and excellent to work with. My husband and I knew it would be a difficult road for our mortgage due to our credit situation, but we never felt that from these guys.
