We appreciated Eileen’s assistance during the whole process. Any time we had a question or concern, she was always easy to get in contact with and return our emails and calls quickly. I was also very happy to meet her. She was just as nice in person as she was through emails and calls. I would recommend Ruoff to anyone looking to buy a home.

Eileen and her team were highly responsive, professional and helpful throughout the entire process. She even was present at closing just in case there were questions. We went from application to cleared to close in 17 days!!

Eileen and Dawn were so on top of this mortgage loan . I was a single female business owner / not a very easy type of loans as a client for them They moved this and closed me in under 30 days with a percent and deposit I asked for They were excellent and exceptional i will send everyone to them
