Customer service is not even the label for the relationship that we built with Eileen through our home buying experience. From day one, we never felt like a number or just an application. We also never felt like we were one of many clients. Looking back at our experience, it never even dawned on me that Eileen and team probably had number of other clients that they were servicing during this same time. It always felt like we were there number one priority and only client. The response time to any question we had was excellent and the check ins were timed perfectly. Eileen was perfect for us. I wouldn't do this again with anyone else. This process was never transactional and it was on our timing. Eileen's expertise was a blessing and she definitely knows this business. Another blessing was the relationship between Eileen and our realtor, Brandi Wade. This was one dynamic team, including all of the Ruoff team members who worked dilgently behind the scenes. It was quite amazing to see an entire team of personable, knowedgeable professionals all on the same team working on our behalf! Special shout out to Dawn who was also there for us whenever we had questions and guided us to the across the finish line! In closing, Ruoff mortgage keep up the great work!!
