It was my first time buying a house or really making any big purchase at all and Eric was excellent. He answered any and all questions I had and really made sure I knew what was going on through the process. I loved that the loan butler app showed me where we were in the process and gave me easy access to documents whenever I needed them. I was expecting to be super stressed throughout this process but it was super quick and honestly a breeze, I can’t be more thankful!!
