I loved that the loan butler app showed me where we were in the process and gave me easy access to documents whenever I needed them. I was expecting to be super stressed throughout this process but it was super quick and honestly a breeze, I can’t be more thankful!!

Eric was very friendly and was quick to respond to us with any issues we might have had. he also noticed that our home insurance quote was much higher than normal and suggested that we shop around for a better quote . We were able to secure home insurance for almost half of the original quoted price thanks to him!

Eric did a fantastic job especially after taking over our account from Brian who also did a fantastic job. Everything was very seamless, easy and convenient. Having a large number of documents signed prior to close made the closing process very quick and easy.
