I loved everything about the experience. I felt so nervous and scared about the home buying process after losing my dad, because I felt like there would be no one to help me figure everything out. Then I met JT, and I felt like he was an angel in my corner every step of the way. I felt like he was as excited about me finding a house as I was. The market right now is scary, and houses are going in less than a week. JT made himself avaliable whenever I needed him- running numbers for me to estimate monthly payments, answering questions, calming my nerves. With his help getting these realistic estimates, I was able to decide if I was comfortable putting in an offer, and how high I was comfortable going. I felt so supported and cared about throughout the process. I knew if I had any questions at all, JT would answer them, no problem. I've told all of my friends to let me know when they're ready to buy, and I'll give them JT's info. I literally never imagined my loan officer would feel like such an important and personal part of my home buying experience. I'm so thankful to have ended up with Ruoff.

JT is an amazing person. I don’t think I could’ve had a better experience. He was fantastic, filled me in on all the info I needed. I never felt left out or ill prepared for anything. He made sure there was 100% clarity and a well known open door conversation that could be had anytime. He was absolutely amazing and is very very knowledgeable in what he does. He managed a few of the hiccups that came up with precision and accuracy and had no problem overcoming any of them. I would recommend JT to anyone I know looking at or thinking of buying a house. I truly can’t say enough good things about him on a personal and professional level. He is outstanding in every way. He is a true man of his word. Absolutely fantastic guy.
