Jeanne Henry is a loan officer that sees a whole person rather than just a client. It is clear from the start that her mission is to do what is in the best interest of the people she helps. This was my first time in the home buying process and I never had a single worry or stress as Jeanne led us seamlessly through every step of what is most likely a very stressful process for anyone that does not have someone like her to guide them. Everything from ruoff went fantastically. The only issues we had was a dilemma with the previous homeowner that was completely out of their hands and even then ruoff did everything they could to make sure it went as smoothly as possible. Fantastic service!
