My love for homeownership began in 2006. I started my career in the real estate industry at a well-known local title company. You can say I was young and eager to learn! I loved the relationships I built with Real Estate Agents, Attorneys, Loan Officers, Buyers, and Sellers. I was hooked!
In 2016, I decided to make a career change and ventured into the mortgage side....and I have not looked back!
I love the people I meet on all sides of the closing table. Many of them I know within my community. My husband and two young children are very active in sports and clubs. I served on the Board of Directors for the local Boys & Girls Clubs of Marshall County and played a major role in their annual fundraisers. I am also an active volunteer with our local Junior Achievement chapter. My love for my community shines through as a mortgage banker. I love to help families obtain their dream of homeownership!

Jessica was responsive, thorough, polite, and easy to work with. I communicated my desire of wanting to close prior to my birthday if possible. Jessica was very transparent and provided a realistic timeline of events verbally, (along with LoanButler that gave virtual timeline progression live) and answered all my questions as they arised. When the time came to include other team members in the process Jessica made introductions to the person to ensure a seamless continuation of the process. Tammi assisted with much of the close process during the underwriting stage and she was also very responsive, quick, and wonderful to work with. I beyond impressed with the service that Ruoff was able to provide for my mortgage processing. What I thought was going to be a huge headache, turned out to be a rather pleasant experience, thanks to their hard work! My mortgage closing was able to occur 11 days prior to my birthday. Had USDA Loan. They move super quick! Closed within 20 days of making my offer! Also got me to close with absolutely ZERO closing costs. Jessica and Tammy was a pleasure to work with! Super prompt and kept in touch with my self and my realtor Leah Zellers! 10/10 recommend Ruoff!
