My love for homeownership began in 2006. I started my career in the real estate industry at a well-known local title company. You can say I was young and eager to learn! I loved the relationships I built with Real Estate Agents, Attorneys, Loan Officers, Buyers, and Sellers. I was hooked!
In 2016, I decided to make a career change and ventured into the mortgage side....and I have not looked back!
I love the people I meet on all sides of the closing table. Many of them I know within my community. My husband and two young children are very active in sports and clubs. I served on the Board of Directors for the local Boys & Girls Clubs of Marshall County and played a major role in their annual fundraisers. I am also an active volunteer with our local Junior Achievement chapter. My love for my community shines through as a mortgage banker. I love to help families obtain their dream of homeownership!

The entire process went very quickly and smoothly. The communication about information needed or any issues were addressed and fixed quickly. Everyone is really friendly and keep you updated throughout the process of what to expect to happen next. Any questions are answered and explained so you understand them. Had USDA Loan. They move super quick! Closed within 20 days of making my offer! Also got me to close with absolutely ZERO closing costs. Jessica and Tammy was a pleasure to work with! Super prompt and kept in touch with my self and my realtor Leah Zellers! 10/10 recommend Ruoff!

Every step was very simple and Jessica explained and walked us through every step and options that came with that step. Our purchase/selling of properties was a long drawn out process but we were constantly in communication and if something came up or needed to be addressed it was super easy to get it handled even with our busy work schedules.
