I am a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer with Ruoff Mortgage. I like using my knowledge and creativity to help my clients achieve their goals. Every customer is a new experience.
I’ve been happily married for 34 years. My only son just graduated from law school and works in New York City. I enjoy tour biking. For the past 10 years, my brother and I have traveled the country on our bicycles. We carry our clothes, tent, sleeping bags, and other necessities we need with us on our bikes. We have traveled from San Francisco to Los Angeles, Tacoma to Seattle, and Key West to Washington, DC.

John was an amazing loan officer to work with as a first time home buyer. He was patient and was able to fully work me through every process very thoroughly and always answered any questions I had extremely fast. I felt a personal touch with Ruoff that I did not feel with other mortgage companies I reached out.
