What made my experience with Ruoff was being able to build a connection with our loan officer Julie Chester. Julie was very helpful with getting us on the right path to get our dream house. She motivated us as clients everyday and was always excellent with answering Questions! We are so happy we got to use Julie as a loan officer and Ruoff for our mortgage. Julie responds promptly and went out of her way to work with us and the seller. The home was purchased off family and Julie was wonderful working with my grandfather who is very hard of hearing. She made the online portion as simple as possible for all parties involved.
