This was my second mortgage loan process with Julie and everything worked out great. Julie is quick with responding, answers every question you might have thoroughly and is always around and there for you if need be. The closing process was a piece of cake as well. Julie was an amazing agent to work with and handled everything with ease. She constantly kept me updated on the entire process and was available to talk 24/7 if needed. Once the process was good to go and I was handed off to Emma to assist with closing, Emma also did a phenomenal job. I will certainly be back to Ruoff for my next mortgage or refinance.
