Keegan was there for me every step of the way. He was very responsive and thorough. Always made sure I understood everything I was signing and checked in asking if I had questions routinely. He was there with me at closing day which I truly appreciated for my first time home buying experience on my own! The only “bump” we ran into closing day he helped correct immediately. The electronic signing and timeline on the app were clear and easy to follow keeping me informed on the progress. I am very impressed with Ruoff and the whole process. Thank you Keegan!!
