Our loan officer was wonderful. She was always quick to respond and answered all of our questions. She reached out to us as soon as application was submitted, and kept us updated every step of the way. She helped us understand all of the paperwork and continually checked in and made us feel Like she really cared about our experience. Kendall went above and beyond in helping with our loan. She was so personable and willing to help us in multiple ways even after normal working hours.
