Kim and her team are hands down the best. Years ago I tried to work with another company who took weeks to respond. Kim and her team responded within minutea. With this being my first time purchasing a home, I was anxious to start. Kim was there to answer every single question I had and prettt often put my mind at ease. On top of the excellent service provided, she's a genuinely good person and great to talk to when you're nervous about next steps. My realiter recommended I should call Nick due to the morgage company we was working with for 7 months was giving us the run around. Nick had this house closed in less then 3 weeks! Nick and his team was top notch!! I enjoyed working with them!!

From a personal standpoint, i think communication could be better. for me, if i know when you know, i can handle accordingly. I do feel like we kind of wasted a couple weeks which put unnecessary precedent on the loan process. Every person and every situation is different. this is not my expertise so I am in no position to say how things should operate, but from a personal standpoint, more precise and clearer communication early on would be amazing.
