I literally called Kristee (as I have in the past) and she GOT TO WORK. She expalined things I did not understand but LITERALLY DID EVERYTHING!!! I got to closing and there was little to do on my part. She is kind and genuine. Strong work ethic. She does EVERYTHING she can for her clients. She is AMAZING! Thank you Kristee for ALWAYS being so thorough and kind.

Kristee Dampeer did a terrific job at every stage of our refinancing journey. From our first telephone consultation, through the application and documentation process, to obtaining loan approval and through the closing, she was on top of things at all times. Kristee damper was so kind even when I went with another mortgage company after I met her d/t bad advice from my old realtor, however even though I was working with another broker kristee would wish me happy birthday, texts along me how things were going. After my first house was a flop, I fired my realtor and the new broker I hired. I went directly back to kristee because even though I let her go for another broker she still checked up on me. That showed me that she cared!! After I hired her and got a new realtor kristee helped me with my dream home. She knew I knew nothing about this process and I was alone with no outside guidance. She went way above and beyond than the other broke did and she let me bug her all the time to have her explain the emails and the forms I was signing even after she went over them with me. She was kind didn't make me feel ashamed for not knowing anything about this proves and most of all I trusted her!! Trust and compassion is what makes a person in my eyes. She was so sweet and kind and moist importantly she gave me the exact numbers so at signing i had no surprises. She was dead honest down to the exact penny. Ill recommend kristee damper to anyone.
