Outside of work, my husband Brian and I enjoy attending car shows and indulging in the thrill of jet skiing, embracing the spirit of adventure together.

The communication was amazing!! I originally started my home buying journey through another company but I nearly gave up a few times because they were so difficult to talk to but once we decided to switch to Ruoff, everything felt so much simpler and they made it such an easy to understand process! How quickly are concerns got taken care of. Thank you for taking the customer service concerns very seriously. I was about to give up and call ot quits then Kym stepped in and made it a whole other type of experience for us. She is beyond the best and very considerate and never made us feel like we were a bother to her with all of our questions or concerns. Kym always stayed in communication and always made sure we understood what she was saying or what was happening. She always reassured us of the process and that it was normal for some aquard request the underwriter needed. We are beyond thankful and blessed Kym stepped in and took over our loan process with our new home. Thank you Kym for everything.

How quickly Mrs.Kym respond to our questions and how she explained everything very clear and well to where I was able to understand it. She was very patient and seem to always have time no matter the day or time. Mrs.Kym was the best and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home. She had a very good attitude through the whole process and was very helpful. We felt very comfortable with her and she was very trustworthy. We could not have asked for a better person to have helped us with this first time experience. She made is so easy.
