Especially when it came down to closing, they matched. There was no surprises even up to the closing. Lavonte and Vanessa was very available to answer any questions. They did not make us feel like a burden. They wanted to make sure that we had everything that we needed all the way down to closin. Even called after closing to make sure that we felt great in our decision and to let us know that they were always here if we need them.
