With over a decade of experience in the mortgage industry, I’ve been proudly serving our local community as a trusted mortgage lender since 2010. Building strong relationships and helping individuals and families navigate the home loan process is what drives me every day. I believe in a personal, transparent approach—ensuring my clients feel confident and cared for from start to finish. Outside of work, I’m deeply rooted in our community and love giving back through local events and initiatives. I’ve been married to my husband, Brad, since 2003, and we’re proud parents of our daughter, Bailey, who is grown now and carving out her own path in the world. Our home is also filled with the lively energy of our two corgis. In our free time, we enjoy golfing, traveling, and taking Sunday drives in search of the perfect brunch spot.

This is our second time having Lindsey help us through the home buying process. She is always so helpful and kind. She was always so fast to respond to anything we sent her, even if it was 8pm! At every step, from the initial inquiry to closing (and post-closing!), Lindsey was efficient and thorough. The process was clear and relatively simple. The online tools, including the progress bar at the top, was very helpful. Everything went very smoothly!

Lindsey was excellent to work with. From my first email in January inquiring about a contstruction loan to the text message asking to start the process for a home mortgage. Lindsey was always available to us, quick to respond, with accurate information, and willing to go the extra step to help us. Lindsey even made herself avaiable after hours to answer questiosn while we negotiated the sale of our home. Of all the mortgages (this was 5) we have had, this was by the far the easiest and best experience.

This was our first experience with Ruoff, and Lindsey was phenomenal. She was kind, honest, knowledgeable, and available througout the process. From preapproval to closing, this was by far the easiest mortgage transaction we've had (and we've had many!) Thanks for a smooth process - I'm currently in the "never want to move again" category, but if/when the time comes - Ruoff will be our first call!

Lindsey was timely and extremely helpful in communicating with me. She offered various options within my budget and provided suggestions. Lindsey went out of her way to attend my closing in person and brought a gift! Even after my condo purchase she was helpful when I experienced some difficulty setting up my auto payments. She for sure goes above and beyond for her customers.

I haven't purchased a new home in a very long time. I walked into the office and told Lindsey what I wanted and she made the whole process so easy! Lindsey is amazing and I couldn't have asked for a better loan officer! she made the entire process easy. Lindsey is by where I lived and was dealing with my realtor and even he told me how amazing she was and how fast it went. He said that's not normal.
