The communication through the process was what I believe made this a GREAT experience. Could not say when the last time I called someone who was busy on a call and got a text letting me know they would get back soon. Also appreciated the time that was taken to talk through the process and explain options. The moble app helped with delivering documents and email helped with letting us know where we are in the process. Thank you!
