Michael was great to work with! We appreciated his timeliness, prompt texting, clear explanations, and seamless coordination with Loan Butler. This may be a small thing, but if Loan Butler's software is owned by Ruoff (proprietary), it would be great if the title included the name Ruoff somewhere. It was occasionally hard to remember the name of the application to be able to log in if we were at our desktop computers instead of using our mobile phones. Also, we encountered a slightly uncomfortable situation where we didn't realize our co-signers didn't have good credit. Is there a way in future where people can find that information out and then politely have a way to need to find different co-signers? We realize that's a delicate balance in trying to cross the finish line towards closing on a home, but we could have qualified for a better interest rate if we knew how to navigate that with the other parties. Otherwise, we had a wonderful experience and would recommend Michael to anyone looking for a home loan!
