I moved to Ruoff Mortgage in 2001. I've been a mortgage professional since 1998 but have a background in real estate and the title business. I have a Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas State University where I majored in marketing and mathematics.
Mortgage lending has become one of the most complex industries in the past decade. Whether this is your first home purchase, a refinance or you are a move-up buyer, I will make sure that I listen to your needs and creatively come up with the best loan product for your situation. The process will be streamlined and easy to understand. The majority of my business comes from referrals and I will extend the same professional service to your friends and family.

Nancy was our Loan officer for our VA-Backed Loan and made the process exceptionally smooth and plesant. She was able to communicate everything we needed to know clearly and was always available to answer any questions we had along the way, even late into the night and on weekends.
