Nathanael was excellent to work with as a first-time homebuyer! We had no idea what went into the financial side of things, and Nathanael took time to regularly hop on the phone with us to explain and answer all of our questions. He also gave us possible payments for every house we went to look at, which was great to have ahead of time for feasibility. Before closing, Nathanael went over every portion of the closing costs with us to make sure we understood what we were paying up front and what was in escrow. Overall, Nathanael was a great person to work with and we highly recommend him!
