Nick and Logan were both absolutely amazing through the whole home buying process. I am a first time home buyer and had a ton of questions about everything. They took the time to explain everything to me and helped me secure financing and grants to get $0 down and the earnest money back at closing. They were patient at every step of the process and Logan brought us a nice gift basket at closing. The only thing I think could be improved is the cookies for approval. Some clients including ourselves may be gluten free or other dietary sensitivities, the gesture was very appreciated and a great surprise; it made telling the neighbor kid I was moving super easy! Thank you Nick, Logan and the whole Ruoff team for making this process easy and relatively painless through the use of Loan Butler and e-signing. I would definitely reccomend Ruoff to anyone I meet and use you again in 30 years if were ready for a new home.

You all are simply the best and better than all the rest! Better service, communications, interest rates, and the cost and all. I am glad that I met Nick Staker at a party and I told him what I had going at that time with another mortgage lender. Nick said he could do better for me and I took his advise. Oh boy! Am I glad that I took his advise? Absolutely! It was like God sent message to me. I am very happy and glad that I took the route Nick stated.
