Pam was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything. Not only was I a first time homeowner with lots of questions. I was also experiencing an eye injury. Pam would get on the phone with me and read and explain all the paperwork I needed to sign. She kept me up to date each step of the way. Now a days, it is hard to get personal contact with someone over the phone. I loved the fact that I did not have to text/email much through this process. Pam was always a phone call away.

Every time I thought I had provided everything, you asked for something else. At one point I was willing to give up my firstborn if that would have gotten this deal closed! Another person also said Ruoff needed more information than other mortgage lenders, but this being my first mortgage, I am not sure if that is true. Aside from that, I had a wonderful experience.
