What I appreciated most was thier looking at our entire curcumstances, and needs. My car was never going to make it to the office, so Russ and Jim brought the papers to me at my home to sign. And now, thanks to the refinance, we are in a position to buy a wheelchair van. Thats customer service!! Thank you.

Honesty! When I first met Russ he said I would do better if I waited a little and paid somethings if and got my credit up but didn't make me feel less than. He is very educated and personable. I would recommend him to anyone
