Ryan was incredibl! He worked with me in advance of our loan application telling us everything we would need . My wife and I waited until we were comfortable with the rate and by knowing the documents that we needed in advance we had them prepared and ready to go. We have very busy lives so when the rate got to where we were comfortable to apply we didn't have to scramble to documents to get our loan application in before the he rates changed. We have been in contact with Ryan Langley for over a year check rates often in a market that was so up and down. By Ryan be patient with us we were able to apply when we were comfortable with the rate and again weren't scrambling to get documentation together. The process was very smooth for me as I'm not a tech savvy guy. Ryan always updated me with where the loan was at with the process and always got back with me quickly to answer any questions we had. In full disclosure it wasn't that I picked Ruoff Mortage as much as I picked Ryan Langley. I per know Ryan and have always trusted him. I know someone else who did a loan through him and had a very positive experience. That is why we chose Ryan and we were not disappointed. We are very pleased
