Ryan was seriously amazing to work with. He took me in like I was his own and made the process super easy! This was our first time purchasing our a house so it was truly amazing to work with someone who supported us and answered all the questions we had even if they were basic ones! He always made sure to be there for us and I will forever be thankful for that. I couldn’t recommend Ryan enough. He truly is the best of the best!

Ryan was not only very knowledgeable, but knew how to explain everything in a way that us, as first time home buyers, would understand! He never made us feel ignorant for not previously knowing something, or belittled us for asking basic questions. Rather, he was quite the opposite, and took every opportunity he could to educate us on things we didn't know, which was greatly appreciated! Finally, Ryan was never pushy and never gave the vibe that he was just in it to make money. He was very patient with us and gave us the time we needed to make decisions that would fit our needs the best. Ryan is an amazing person, and we will definitely work with him again when we eventually look for our forever !

The entire process was done remotely yet we felt a genuine connection and had complete trust in our loan officer, Ryan. The technology/loan butler was easy to use and worked very well. We worked with Ryan Vannatter, who was always quick to respond, helpful in explaining things when we needed it, and proactively communicated with us when he had any updates. We feel that Ryan went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get our new home secured. We were referred to Ryan and I would gladly continue on that referral train.
