Sally came across as personal and caring while maintaining being professional. I do believe love should be before rules. Rules are honored but love can still be felt even with so many rules. That is meaningful to me.

Sally's along with her team (Brandy & Lori) we very helpful. They understood our situation with our loan for our home addition. They worked fast & communicated very well through the entire process. They were quick to answer any questions we had (even if they had to check & get back to us. They were fast about it.) Nothing! Everything we as planned! I have never even had a conversation with Sally, but my loan officer I started with Lexi was awesome! She was very punctual and always explained things so I could understand. I haven’t purchased a house in over twenty years and Lexi was very patient with me and was very easy to work with! I do look forward in working with Sally on the renovation part of my loan!
