I had never been through this process before. I informed Scott of this in our first conversation. He is so personable and approachable with questions. Always had no issue further explaining thing that maybe most people would have understood in terms I understood. Always kept me up to date on what steps to expect next. Anytime I needed help in considering a home he sent me a breakdown the same day or next morning. And quickly got me into a loan that worked better for me on location as well. Worked closely with my realtor and gave me wonderful recommendations when I asked. I was recommended by a friend who went through Scott, and I would and have recommended him anytime.
