OH My goodness there really are not enough words to describe how I feel about Sheila and my many experience's with her and Ruoff. From day she has treated me like family and that I matter not only professionally but personally. She wanted and did what was best for me and my situation. She took such good care of me even when I could not do it myself she made sure I had everything done and checked on me many times. She made every step so easy and seamless.
