Our loan officer was great with our original closing. I hadn't heard of Ruiff before and was a bit worried about how good it would be. But Sheila soon made it clear that it was a great company, and everything went well. Then, in the past several months, she kept track of mortgage rates and alerted us to the possibility of saving money by refinancing for a lower rate. We had that closing a week ago, just before interest rates went up again! Great timing! Sheila is always friendly and efficient and a joy to work with!
