Stacey was and always has been fantastic to work with as far as application to close. She is friendly, helpful, and patient with all the questions I have. If I have any suggestions for improvement it would be the following.. We have used Ruoff in the past and may likely use Ruoff again. However, every time we use Ruoff, our loan gets sold off to someone else. I am not sure why.
