I’m a Senior Loan Originator with over 20+ years of experience with Ruoff Mortgage. Customer service is very important to me, and my goal is not only to get someone their dream home but for them to realize how much love and care I have for every one of my clients. I will work around my clients’ schedules by meeting on evenings and weekends. I let all of my clients know that they can call me anytime, day or night; I am always available. I am licensed in Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Florida, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia and Texas!
I enjoy spending my free time riding my bicycle all over Fort Wayne, but most of all, it is spending time with friends and family that brings me the most joy—especially my little grandson and my sister!

Tracy is a gem. She was the literal best thing about my experience. She communicated constantly and was a wonderful sounding board. My appraisal got fairly complicated d/t some federal issues, but Tracy made it work. Over 10 years ago, I met Tracy and always knew she was the one, and she was! Thanks to Ruoff and Tracy, my family got the upgrade I know we all deserve and my kids are now living a life that I am so proud I was able to give. Tracy has a pic of the kids on the diving board for their first seasonal swim!
