I had called Ruoff Mortgage about a year prior but was not ready to buy at the time. Fast forward, I remembered the wonderful treatment I received when I truly was ready to buy and called Tyler. He actually answered his phone AND remembered me from a year ago! I am a first time home buyer and he calmly walked me through every step. He is hones, an expert in his field, easy to work with and I couldn't have been in better hands! He recommended a realto, he assisted with many other things unrelated as this was an out of state move. I love their "Loan Butler" that has all your information online including the milestones of where you are at in the process and what else you need to do to finalize the process. I was able to reach a life goal of home ownership thanks to Tyler and his wonderful team! I seriously can not thank them enough!

our Mortgage experience with Tyler Wampler exceeded our expectations! Tyler was kind And incredibly knowledgeable about the process from start to finish. He was prompt in all his replies and his assistant, Tom, was very kind and helpful as well. There were no surprises along the way and we closed even earlier than expected! This is by far the easiest mortgage process we've went through and I will absolutely recommend Tyler Wampler/ Ruoff Mortgage to all!

This is my second time working with Tyler Wampler at Ruoff, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with the mortgage process. He made everything so smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Tyler is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer questions or explain things in a way that’s easy to understand. His communication is top-notch, and he truly goes above and beyond to make sure you feel supported every step of the way. Buying a home can be overwhelming, but Tyler makes it feel simple and manageable. Customer Service and Courtesy. Just being there every time we need something or need to speak with Tyler. I even called very late on a Sunday night and he was out of this world he answered all my questions and concerns I would say that is top notch customer service. Tyler is the best!!!!! We did have some issues a couple of times but he helped us through those as the best he could.
