Anna communicated quickly and often. The whole team reached out with any details needed to make for a smooth transition. I felt like my family was cared for through the whole process. Having a new baby during the process was a huge challenge, but Anna and the rest of the team took off so much of the burden of moving and buying a home.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Anna Pitcock twice now - when she helped us with the initial purchase mortgage and, most recently, with the mortgage refinance. Anna is absolutely amazing - I call her the mortgage ninja. She treated us like family, went above and beyond for us, worked at lightening speed, was so thorough and organized, saved us money at every turn, made us laugh the whole way through, and had our best interest in mind.
