I"m very happy with my home and the loan I got and it's the perfect home for me as I'm getting older and need to have a 1 floor home with no basement or second floor so no steps except the 3 steps in my new home now. it's much better than my apartment now on the second floor so I have 1 floor without 8 steps to climb now.
