Hi, I'm Chelsea Lentes, a Senior Loan Officer with Ruoff Mortgage helping homebuyers throughout Terre Haute, the Wabash Valley, Indiana and Illinois.
With nearly 11 years in the mortgage industry, I bring experience from both the lending and processing sides of the business. I specialize in helping first-time and repeat homebuyers with Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA loans, down payment assistance, manufactured home financing and refinancing.
My approach is education first, honest numbers and clear communication. You don't need to know everything about mortgages before you call me—that's quite literally my job. Whether you're ready to buy or just figuring out where to start, I'm happy to meet you there.

Agriculture runs deep ?? I come from a fifth-generation farming family, so tractors, fields and harvest season have always been a normal part of life.
Mortgage nerd before it was cool ?? I spent years behind the scenes in processing before becoming a Loan Officer, so I genuinely enjoy figuring out the puzzle of a mortgage file.
Mom life is my other full-time job ?? When I'm not talking mortgages, I'm usually with my husband, Tom, and our two kids, Emma and Tommy.
I believe everything needs a little humor ?? Mortgages can be stressful enough. I'm a firm believer that we can explain the serious stuff without acting serious 100% of the time.
