  • Aside from delays from Knox county appraisers our experience was very pleasant. It appears that the appraisal process was delayed due to restricted use of available appraisers in the county. Had there been greater availability or access our closing might have occurred a bit sooner and there may not have been quite the anxiety during the last couple of weeks as we waited to close. Dawn was great however and she pushed things through so that we could close on or before the last date available to use before our seller possibly had to make a decision to reverse our contract.
